Nicely Said! By International Hypnosis Federation President, Author, Artist and More Shelley Stockwell-Nicholas, PhD

What you say– night and day–in self-talk and aloud

comes to be, in time and space, your energy and shroud.

So, mark your words quite clearly. Be specific and precise.

Then sit back. Take it easy. And enjoy a well-lived life.

                        –Dr Shelley

Imagine a world without hypotheticals.

You can’t because your imagination creates everything you think and do.

Thoughts and the words you speak to self and others are the precursor of your reality. That’s because inner and outer dialogue literally shifts your vibration, biochemistry, and ultimately determines how you feel and what you do. Specific affirmations align your energy with what you really want. Consider the energy when saying, “I hate my work” versus “My work brings me good tidings.”

Or “I want some money” verses “I easily add $3,000 to my bank account on Friday, July 4,2025.”

One version is vague, negative and restrictive; the other specific, positive and productive. What to do? What to do?

CULTIVATE INNER AWARENESS

The more you listen to your inner mind, and the reverberations of your thoughts, the more you come to know you and how you hypnotize yourself all day long.

The more you focus on uplifting heightened thought the happier you are. It is simple math.

YOUR ATTITUDE of GRATITUDE

When you celebrate things large and small, you draw nourishing people, situations, and opportunities like a magnet. Put a positive frame around every experience and they become precious moments of learning. Gratitude for each teaching moment helps you rise up and get moving in the direction of your dreams.

AFFIRM JOY! READ THIS AND REAP: “What I think, I become. I shape the world around me with my upbeat attitude. It is fun and easy to be happy. I choose and use words that motivate right action. I keep my words clear, positive and specific. My thoughts, emotion, and action align and I feel fine! I step into my role as the conscious creator of what is good and righteous. My words, thought, emotion, and expectations are in harmony and easily amplify what is best for me. My positive words bring positive results. The world is in a conspiracy to do me good. As I breathe fully, the Universe magnetizes what I want and need to be happy, healthy, loving and loved. Nourishing words make me the architect of a happy, healthy, juicy life.”
